Bio: Ashley Fallon was an agent with the FBI. She was engaged once, but her fiancé left her, and shortly afterward, she became a Wendigo, a werewolf-like creature that hunts those in love and those with good hearts. Though, it was also theorized by Inspector Andy Trudeau that the Wendigo sought out those with an AB-negative blood type. Upon cornering her prey in her Wendigo form, Agent Fallon would eat her victims' hearts, or sometimes just scratch them, leaving them alive to suffer her fate. As an FBI agent, Agent Fallon would investigate Wendigo attacks, presumably to keep anyone from ever finding out she was in fact the Wendigo. While working one such case, she partnered with Inspector Trudeau to investigate the attack on Piper Halliwell, but also had to contend with Billy Waters, a man who'd been tracking the Wendigo ever since it'd killed his fiancée Laura. When Billy went to light a cigarette in front of Agent Fallon, she cowered from the lighter's flame, fire being a Wendigo's one known weakness. He instantly realized her true nature, but before he could tell Piper and her sisters, Agent Fallon snapped his neck, killing him. She later tried to attack Andy, but he was saved by Prue and Phoebe Halliwell. Piper then showed up, having turned into a Wendigo herself. Her sisters shot a flare at her, not knowing which Wendigo was which, and Piper froze it. Prue telekinetically moved the flare so that it instead hit Agent Fallon, killing her and returning Piper to normal.
According to the Halliwells' Book of Shadows:
The Wendigo is a non-dead creature that roams the earth destroying the good-hearted and those in love. His fate is to wander the Earth feasting on human hearts. The first Wendigo was a mortal who was betrayed by his sweetheart. In revenge for the treachery, he slew his love and ate her heart. Rather than savor the warmth of revenge, his heart was in turn, turned to ice. During daylight hours and the phases of the moon, the Wendigo looks as you or I. Beware the Wendigo on the three days of the full moon when his strength and appetite are greatest. Beware being attacked and injured. He duplicates himself by slashing, but not killing his prey.
